Our goal is to help people examine nutrition research with curiosity, care, and intellectual honesty. Editorial independence takes priority over commercial opportunity.
Any future advertiser, sponsor, or affiliate partner must accept these boundaries:
We do not give conventional, functional, or alternative health claims a pass because they fit a preferred viewpoint. We consider the research design, population, dose, funding, limitations, and competing explanations. Positive, negative, and inconclusive findings all deserve an honest hearing.
Media attention is not scientific quality. Mechanisms are not clinical proof. An animal experiment is not a human trial. Automated summaries, classifications, and source matching can be wrong; those limits must be visible.
Relevant commercial relationships and conflicts of interest should be disclosed. Errors should be corrected transparently. We will not claim that any publication is perfectly free of bias; our commitment is to make decisions that reduce bias and make their basis open to scrutiny.
Member opinions are their own. A profile, popularity, or professional-sounding bio does not establish expertise. Profile qualifications are self-reported unless explicitly verified.
Profiles, bookmarks, followed topics, and discussion participation are free. There are no premium tiers or payments. This site currently has no paid sponsors or affiliate placements. Any future monetization must preserve the commitments above.
